To help maintain the health and safety of everyone within the Aftercare program, it is required to complete the daily COVID Screening questionnaire on the day that your child is attending the program. Please click the link below to complete the screening questionnaire. If your child will not be attending Aftercare on their scheduled day(s), please contact the office at (781) 784-1574 ext. 3.
