- Please complete a separate registration form and a separate check for each activity. You will be notified with a confirmation letter upon acceptance into the class for which you have registered. If a program is filled or canceled, your registration and tuition will be returned to you. Confirmation letters will be sent containing further details regarding the course, pick up locations, etc.
- Starting dates are indicated in each program description.
- Students will be notified if any additional materials will be needed. In most cases, the materials are provided at no extra charge.

- You may also register on line at www.mypaymentsplus.com You would need to have your child’s school ID in order to register on line. There is a 4.75% transaction fee added to the tuition cost. If you register for Ice Skating, Launch, Skiing or Snowboarding on line, please submit the waiver to our office.
