It’s time to register for our Spring programs! Registration opens on Friday, March 11th at 9:00 am. There are so many great in-person classes both in and out doors as well as online classes provided through our educational partner Ed2Go. Feeling overwhelmed? Join us for this workshop: Finding Your Calm in the Storm
Learn the top two evidence-based integrative mental-health therapies for reducing stress and feeling overwhelmed with certified wellness coach and meditation instructor, Heather Wise, MPH. Heather will discuss the effect of mindfulness and self-compassion practices and their impact on our physical and mental health, so you can leave with tools to find calm in the midst of stressful situations. Whether this is your first introduction to mindfulness or you’ve been practicing mindfulness techniques for years, Heather will guide you in preparing your body and mind for incorporating moments of mindful self-compassion into your daily life for more resilience, well-being and emotional intelligence.

New Session of ASL opens April 18th!
The Spring Session of ASL virtual classes with Marianne Molinari opens begins on April 18th!
