Community Education response to COVID-19
Hello Community Education families and friends,
It is my sincere wish that you and all you know and love are well and safe. I wanted to take a moment to update you on what is happening for Community Ed in response to Covid-19.
The first question I want to address is your money. At this point we have credited all monies that have been paid for services that were in progress and have now been suspended: after care, before care, and enrichment. For classes that have not run yet, adult education and third session of enrichment we have refunded all money. For programs that we are still planning on running, Star Camp, CREATE, and next years before and after Care, we have deposited that money and are using it to plan and secure supplies just as we always do. Many of you have kindly asked about our staff. We are committed to paying our staff, and will continue to do so as long as possible. In some cases, our enrichment classes and adult ed classes, can be taught online. Either your instructor or Sara, our program manager, will be in touch with you should you be enrolled in one of those classes that could potentially continue.
We look forward to gathering together soon, until then, take care of yourself, be safe, and stay healthy.

Community Education Programs closed until schools reopen
Dear families and friends,
I wanted to write and let you know that we will be issuing a credit on your accounts for the time that has been prepaid but gone unused. Should school be closed longer than the April 7th date, we will work with our billing agency to adjust the payment schedule for the rest of the school year. We appreciate your patience with us as we figure out how to adjust to this situation.
Thank you,
Meg Dussault
